This Deed is made and executed under and by virtue of a
resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Aegis Life Tn-
surance Company, which is in words and figures as follows ; to-wit :

At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Aegis Life
Insurance Company, held at the Home Office in the City of Denver on
the 30th day of September , 1914 , the following resolution was un-
animously passed:
"RESOLVED , That the offer of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, to pay to the Aegis Life Insurance Company
the sum of < E00 as the full purchase price of a strip of land situate
in weld Count; and described as follows , to-wit :
A strip of land sixty feet in width lying in the N. E. ?-1-
of the S. E. of Section 33, Township 5 North, Range 63 West of the
6th P. M. , and more particularly described by meets end hounds , as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of the said N. E.
of the S. E. ?: of said Section 33 distant north of the S. E. corner
of said Section 1908.5• feet , thence by course and distance , North
83.1 feet along said east line , N. 46015'N. 930 feet , to a point
on the north line of said N. E. I of the S. E.- 4, thence west
86.8 feet along said line , and thence S. 46015' E. a distance of
1050 feet to the point of beginning a parcel of land containing one and
thirty-four one-hundredths ( 1'.34) acres , more or less , and being the
right of way of the Lincoln Highway as constructed through and across
the said N. E. L of the S. E. of Section 33-5-63.
Be and sane is hereby accented , and the President and the
Secretary are directed to make , issue and deliver to the Board of
County Commissioners a good and sufficient deed conveying such strip
of land for the purpose as set out in said deed. "
I , John F. Vivian , Secretary of the Aegis Life Insurance
Company, hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was offered and
duly passed at a meeting of the Board of Directors of said Company
held on the 30th day of September , 1914, and entered of record in the
minutes of the meeting of said Board.

thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim

above described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in
consideration of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of
