Harrell Regarding"Access": -the "existing driveway" is only a private easement for motor vehicles,not public access -the"existing driveway oil-gas access road" as stated on the plat is not a road,but a private easement for use only by individuals named in the Easement And Right-of-Way Grant Regarding"Storm Water Drainage": -a crushed culvert has been on site for 4 years. The owners of stated property in the memorandum had promised to take care of(by fixing and/or replacing) culvert. The culvert remains crushed causing my driveway to flood when it rains more than an inch. Regarding"requirements be incorporated into the permit as development standards": -the owners of the property listed in this memorandum have not taken • care of road dust for more than 10 years. This is their responsibility as stated in the Easement And Right-of-Way Grant. This road dust is excessive at times causing vehicles to become filthy after only one day of sitting near the easement. The Auto Clinic must continuously dust computers in their business due to road dust. Regarding" Project Review Comments": "Access Roads" This easement is for private use, it is not for public use. Not a road. -"Access Road" has road base,not all weather surface as"required" on this page. "Access Road" may not meet the 20 feet wide"requirement". Regarding: Site Specific Development Plan and Use By Special Review (USR) Application Regarding 5i: -Application states "no system exists" for sewage disposal,however there are 2 septic tanks/leach fields,water wells, and abandoned wells on this property. The Runway Zoning Overlay District will probably not be affected,because this area concerns the height of structures.
