RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION
ZCV#0701189 AGAINST WPD, LLC,AND LEED FABRICATION, LLC, FOR VIOLATION
OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, WPD, LLC, and LEED Fabrication, LLC, ZCV #0701189, are allegedly in
violation of the Weld County Code, and
WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has
not been corrected, and
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of March, 2008, a public hearing was held before the Board
of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS, WPD, LLC, and LEED Fabrication, LLC, were not present or represented at
said hearing, although all parties were notified of said hearing by Department of Planning Services
staff, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue ZCV#0701189 against WPD, LLC,
and LEED Fabrication, LLC, until April 8, 2008, to allow adequate time for the property owners to
record the plat map and to complete the Site Plan Review application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that ZCV #0701189 be, and hereby is, continued until April 8, 2008, to allow
adequate time for the property owners to record the plat map and to complete the Site Plan Review
application to bring the subject property into compliance.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 11th day of March, A.D., 2008.
