The SUP 355 property is presently owned of record by Kerr-McGee Gathering LLC ("Kerr-McGee"), a subsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Copies of the certain relevant conveyance documents are enclosed for your reference. Kerr-McGee acquired title to the property known as Lot A of Recorded Exemption 1057-36-1 RE-4410 from William D. Berig in 2006 by General Warranty Deed dated June 28, 2006, recorded June 29, 2006, in Reception No. 339523 of the Weld County records (copy enclosed). The boundaries of Lot A are the same as the boundaries of SUP 355, which was originally granted in 1978. William D. Berig, acquired ownership from the United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture by Quitclaim Deed recorded January 6, 1984 in Book 1017, Reception No. 1952317 of the Weld County records (copy enclosed). United States of America, acting through the Farmers Home Administration, United States Department of Agriculture redeemed the property by Public Trustee's Deed recorded August 6, 1982 in Book 974, Reception No. 1899834 of the Weld County records in public sale of the Owen Lee Trenary and Lavonne Trenary interest (copy enclosed). Owen Lee Trenary and Lavonne Trenary acquired their interest from Emery A. Trenary and Ruth L. Trenary by Warranty Deed recorded October 9, 1975, in Book 750, Reception No. 1671856 of the Weld County records (copy enclosed). Kerr- McGee has operated the compressor station located on site since 2001 pursuant to a lease agreement. I am also herein attaching the Certificate of Conveyance from Land America which contains the copies above referenced. Therefore, we respectfully submit the attached as per your request for the purposes of updating the title ownership of our SUP 355.
