Description of Request, Its Purpose and Benefits. On January 29, 1982, Albert D. Kurtz sold a tract of land containing approximately 140 acres on which he had for years operated the "Kurtz Feedlot" to PSF Associates, a Part- nership, which anticipates constructing a dairy on the property. The convey- ance to PSF Associates included part, but not all , of the Northwest Quarter Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 3 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. The Application is to request that the 7.287 acre portion of the Northwest Quar- ter Northwest Quarter of Section 29, which Mr. Kurtz retained be granted a sub- division exemption. In support of the Application, I would point out that if the exemption is granted, no new parcels will be created. Mr. Kurtz acquired the Northwest Quarter Northwest Quarter of Section 29 in three separate parcels, the descriptions of which are shown on the plot plan which ac- companies the Application. The Application requests that the boundaries of the two Western most parcels (the West 660 feet of the Northwest Quarter Northwest Quarter of Section 29 and the East 330 feet of the West 990 feet of the North- west Quarter Northwest Quarter of Section 29) be revised to coincide with the descriptions of Parcel "A" and Parcel "B" as shown and described on the plot plan. The purpose of the request is to legitimize the parcel described as Parcel "A" which Mr. Kurtz retained and therefore permit him to retain ownership of it.
