This Deed, made January /9, 1971, by and.between Herbert N. Giesick
as Executor of the Estate of Katherine M. Giesick, deceased, Grantor, and

i THAT, WHEREAS, Grantor is the qualified Executor under the Last Will

however, to the following:
1. Reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way
of record.
2. Rights-of-way for roads, ditches, telephone lines, power lines, or
other purposes as now located upon said premises.
3. 1971 taxes payable in 1972.
