Sirs:
We own a property at 1207 Mac Dougal Court, Dacono, CO 80514. This culdesack is in line
with 50% of the frontage of the property in question for this review.
We are very concerned that this will inpact our property as to dust control, noise, view
of the equipment and overall property value. This seems to be a small property area that
will not be able to do all that is planned for the site. There even seems to be a
residence on the property. The more that is allowed to converge there, the more can and
will go wrong. Maintenance of equipment causes me concern as it is a lot of equipment
there waiting to be repaired and what about the discarded parts and oil/fuel.
Seeing his address is in Brighton, CO, he does not bear the inpact that the owners of the
home in The Glens of Dacono.
Please consider saying this may not be approved or if it must, consider fewer onsite
different businesses.
