The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
April 8, 2008 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m.. The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting that the Boarc
review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations.
Continued Weld County Zoning Violation Cases:

The pending Site Plan Review(SPR-402)shall be completed and a plat recorded.
