RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS OF MARK MUSE AND MARION RICHTER TO UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals,and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mark Muse be appointed to said board as the
contractor representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Marion Richter be appointed to said board, to
replace Sam Ainsworth, as the heat and ventilation representative, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Mark Muse and Marion Richter to said
board, with terms to expire December 31, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Mark Muse and Marion Richter be, and hereby are, appointed to the
Uniform Building Code Board of Appeals, with terms to expire December 31, 2010.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 14th day of April, A.D., 2008.
