RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO CHILD PROTECTION CITIZEN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Colleen Anthony be appointed to said board as
an alternate member, to replace Jeremy Castillas, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Colleen Anthony to said board, with
a term to expire March 4, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Colleen Anthony be,and hereby is,appointed to the Child Protection Citizen
Review Panel, with a term to expire March 4, 2011.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 16th day of July, A.D., 2008.
