RE: REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT FROM PROPERTY LIST.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the following items of equipment remain on the property control
sheets for the IGA - Motor Pool Fund and a research of the items indicate
that they have been utilized for parts or sold with other items:

6405082 21 Ton Truck
6409509 Grader Elevator
6409561 Grader Elevator
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration and the Equipment
Service Manager have recommended that these items be deleted from the property
control sheets and IGA - Motor Pool relieved of accountability for these items.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners they
hereby direct the Director of Finance and Administration to remove the afore-
mentioned items from the equipment control sheets and property inventory for
Weld County.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of January, 1982, A.D.

subject: Equipment no longer owned by Weld Lounty
Equipment Number 6405082 , a 2 1/2 Ton Truck was deadlined and later
completely stripped out for usable parts prior to November 1979 .
Equipment Numbers 6409509 and 6409561 , both are Do More Grader
elevators must have been sold with the graders twat they were attached
to prior to November 1979 .
A search of county locations has failed to turn up any trace of the
above equipment . Discussions with older Road 5 Bridge t, Shop personnel
has indicated that it was disposed of as indicated above .
