RESOLUTION

i RE: ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT TO SECTION 30 . 8. 5. 3 OF THE WELD COUNTY
BUILDING CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
a Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the

affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

Colorado held a public hearing on the 27th day of May, 1981 at

the hour of 2 :00 o' clock p.m. in the Chambers of the Board of
County Commissioners for the purpose of considering the adoption
c , of an amendment to Section 30 . 8 . 5 . 3 of the Weld County Building
__; Code, and
WHEREAS, Section 30. 8. 5.3 is proposed to be amended to read
as follows :
"The Director of Building Inspection may assess
a reinspection fee of Fifteen Dolllars ($15.00)
for each inspection or reinspection when such
portion of work for which inspection is called
is not complete or when corrections called for
are not ready. "
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
proposed amendment and deems it advisable to approve the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the amendment to Section
30 . 8 . 5. 3 of the Weld County Building Code, as stated herein, be,
and hereby is , adopted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
May, A.D. , 1981.
