Jerke, Chair Commissioner Robert D. Masden, Pro-Tem - EXCUSED Commissioner William F. Garcia Commissioner David E. Long Commissioner Douglas Rademacher Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Jennifer VanEgdom County Attorney, Bruce Barker Planning Department representative, Michelle Martin The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated January 4, 2008, and duly published January 9, 2008, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted on January 30, 2008, to consider the request of Wayne Harsh and Randy Lamp for Change of Zone, PZ #1098, from the A(Agricultural)Zone District to the PUD(Planned Unit Development)Zone District for eight(8)lots with E (Estate) Zone uses, four (4) common open space outlots (2.35 acres), and two (2) agricultural outlots (137.87 acres), at which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue the matter to April 2, 2008, at 10:00 a.m., to allow the applicant additional time to continue working with staff to address design issues. At said hearing on April 2, 2008, Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Michelle Martin, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant has presented a written request to withdraw the application. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. Commissioner Long moved to accept the request of Wayne Harsh and Randy Lamp to withdraw the application for Change of Zone, PZ#1098, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zone District for eight (8) lots with E (Estate) Zone uses, four (4) common open space outlots (2.35 acres), and two (2) agricultural outlots (137.87 acres). The motion was seconded by Commissioner Garcia,and it carried unanimously.
