In response to your letter dated 7/28/08, please find enclosed copies of the relevant pages of the
Division Order Title Opinion upon which we relied to ascertain the interest of Weld County in the
referenced spacing unit. I trust this will be the information that you require in order to execute the
division order for this property.
As I explained in our phone call, Weld County doesn't need to own an interest in ALL the property
included in the spacing unit; they only need to own an interest is some portion thereof to be
included in the distribution of royalties for this well.
