COMPANY, C/O DITESCO, LLC
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 22nd day of
April, 2009, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board, for the purpose of hearing the
application of the Henry Spade Jr. Estate; Mary Lou Spade; Roger Spade, and Pamela Brenkle,
do James Anderson, dba QM Company, c/o Ditesco, LLC, Attn: Keith Meyer, 1315 Oakridge Drive,
Suite 120, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special
Review Permit #1692 for a Use Permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special
Review in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (masonry contractors shop) in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District, on the following described real estate, being more particularly
described as follows:
S1/2 NW1/4 of Section 18, Township 5 North,
Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, at said hearing the Board was presented with a letter, dated March 17, 2009,
requesting to withdraw the application, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements
of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the evidence presented in this matter
and, having been fully informed, finds that this request shall be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request of the Henry Spade Jr. Estate; Mary Lou Spade; Roger Spade,
and Pamela Brenkle, c/o James Anderson, dba QM Company, c/o Ditesco, LLC, Attn: Keith Meyer,
to withdraw the application for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review
Permit #1692 for a Use Permitted as a Use by Right, Accessory Use, or Use by Special Review
in the Commercial or Industrial Zone Districts (masonry contractors shop) in the A (Agricultural)
Zone District, on the parcel of land described above be, and hereby is, accepted.

Tuesday, April 7, 2009
A regular meeting of the Weld County Planning Commission was held in the Weld County Department of
Planning Services, Hearing Room, 918 10t Street, Greeley, Colorado. The meeting was called to order by
Chair, Doug Ochsner, at 1:30 p.m.

Robert Grand moved to approve the March 17, 2009 Weld County Planning Commission minutes, seconded
by Mark Lawley. Motion carried.
The Chair announced that the first case on the agenda is requesting to be withdrawn. He read the case into
record.

the property for this use; however that purchase has fallen through and therefore the applicant is requesting
withdrawal of this application.
The Planning Commission accepted the withdrawal of USR-1692.
