I'm grateful for the opportunity to hear from the electorate about issues I address on the program." Colorado Senator Mike Kopp You may know that Comcast delivers over 400 channels. But did you also know that we offer free air time to Colorado policymakers and community leaders? Comcast Newsmakers is a five-minute informational program which airs at the end of the hour on CNN Headline News. Comcast Newsmakers provides elected officials, community and nonprofit leaders the opportunity to communicate with their key constituents on important issues. Additionally, Comcast's new Colorado Channel offers gavel -to -gavel coverage of the Colorado House of Representatives - another opportunity for elected officials to connect with the people they serve. And, in many communities throughout the state. Comcast-provided government access channels give citizens the opportunity to view their local governments' council meetings from the comfort of their homes.
