RESOLUTION
RE: ACCEPT AND DEDICATE RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM HELEN L. BRYANT CON-
CERNING WELD COUNTY ROAD 161
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County
Engineer has informed the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that construc-
tion is necessary on Weld County Bridge 16;/1A, said construc-
tion to include realignment on Weld County Road 161, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Engineer has further informed the
Board that a Quit Claim Deed has been obtained from Helen L.
Bryant, whose property would be affected by said construction, and

— — WHEREAS, the property deeded to Weld County by Helen L.
el Bryant is located in the SEQ of Section 30, Township 2 North,

Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado being more
particularly described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at the East quarter corner (E.aCor. )
of said Section 30, and considering the East
line of the Southeast quarter of said Section
30 to bear North 00°12 ' 48" East and with all
other bearings contained herein relating

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the acceptance of the
Quit Claim Deed from Helen L. Bryant and the dedication of the

The Quit Claim Deed from Helen L. Bryant, a copy of which is attached
hereto, is for right-of-way needed in the construction of County Bridge 161/2/IA.
After conferring with Lee Morrison of the County Attorney's office, and
Drew Scheltinga, County Engineer, this item is placed on the agenda for your
action - to accept and dedicate this parcel as County right-of-way.
