Subject: CZ -1149 and USR-1681 Plats
Alice, Charles and Carol
I have reviewed the paper plats that you have submitted for CZ -1149 Change of Zone and USR-1681 Use By
Special Review and have the following comments. Public Works has reviewed both and have no corrections.
The surveyor will need to make these changes to the plat.
For CZ -1149
1. in the top header please change it to state CZ -1149 Zoning Change from (C-1) Neighborhood Commercial
and (E) Estate to (A) Agricultural
2. from the inside of the parcel remove Zoning: C 1 (Neighborhood Commeroiol) & E (Eotato) Proponed Zoning:
A (Agricultural (you can keep the part that says Zoning: A Agricultural
3. from the far left side of the plat please remove the CURRENT ZONING: (C-1) Neighborhood Commercial
and (E) Estate PROPOSED ZONING: (A) Agricultural (2.817 +/- acres)
4. please show the book and page for the future right-of-way for County Road 1
5. in the legal and header please correct the description to be part of the SW4 of the NW4 of .....
I will need from you a letter from you asking that Site Plan Review SPR-384 be withdrawn for our files.
For USR-1681
No additional comments or changes.
At this point —
Once the surveyor has made the changes outlined above both the Change of Zone and Use By Special Review
plats can be printed/copied onto mylar. I will only need one copy of each. Once the mylar is made you will both
need to sign them and then turn them into me with an eleven dollar recording fee for each ($22.00 total). I will
then forward them on to get the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners signatures. Once I
have those signatures the mylars will be recorded and a copy will be mailed to you.
