RE: INCREASE CHANGE FUNDS AT SOUTHWEST AND SOUTHEAST WELD COUNTY
BRANCH OFFICES FOR THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK AND RECORDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from the Weld County Clerk and Recorder
that the Change Funds for the Southwest and Southeast Branch Offices, in the amount of
$1,180.00, each be increased to $1,680.00, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration and the Controller have
recommended approval of said request, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, deems it
advisable and in the best interests of Weld County to approve said request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Change Funds for the Southwest and Southeast Branch Offices, in the
amount of $1,180.00, be, and hereby are, increased to $1,680.00 for the Office of the Clerk and
Recorder.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of January, A.D., 2009.

RE: INCREASE OF CHANGE FUND FOR CLERK & RECORDER BRANCH OFFICES
Dear Barb,
Both Southwest and Southeast Weld Clerk & Recorder Branch Offices currently have $1,000 in
their change funds. Due to the increase of business, we need to increase both of the change
funds to $1,500 for each office.
