Home My WebLink About820688.tiff RESOLUTION RE: AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS- SIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO TO CONVEY REAL PROPERTY. 0' m WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, x Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Weld County has acquired, and is the owner of the following described real property, duly recorded in the records of the County Clerk and Recorder of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, as follows, to-wit: Treasurer's Recorded Book & Dccd Date Page/Reception No. Description 2673 10/10/79 884/1805816 L7, Bik 10, 1st Add Keota WHEREAS, said property has been duly advertised for sale in the La Salle Leader, Greeley Tribune and Longmont Times-Call on May 6, 1982 and May 13 , 1982. Said property has been duly offered for sale at a public meeting of the Board of County Li Commissioners on the 2nd day of June, 1982 , in the Chambers of zz- the Board, and WHEREAS , Thomas S. and Laurine C. Howard, 1213 Nice Drive, Lexington, KY. 40504, bid One Hundred Five Dollars ($105. 00) as the purchase price for said property and being the only bid azz= submitted, said property was sold.
