Weld County Building Violation Cases: BCV09-00005, Tommy R DeHerrera Chapter 29, Article III, Section 29-3-10; Chapter 29, Article III, Section 29-3-40; Chapter 29, Article VIII, Section 29-8-40 The single family dwelling shall be repaired and a flood hazard permit obtained or it shall be demolished. Appropriate permits shall be obtained and inspections completed for either option. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases: ZCV08-00407 Shamy Family Trust ((Bethany Salzman)) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20 and 23-3-20.A of the Weld County Code. The RV shall be abated as a dwelling unit and disconnected from all utilities or it shall be removed. ZCV09-00053 Anthony E & Nancy S Sandoval ((Bethany Salzman)) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-30.M, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.O and 23-3-40.R of the Weld County Code. The number of Commercial Vehicles shall be reduced to 1 (one) with no outdoor storage of materials and a Zoning Permit for a Commercial Vehicle (ZPCV) application submitted or a Use by Special Review (USR) application shall be completed and submitted to the Department of Planning Services or all commercially related equipment, storage and vehicles shall be removed.
