Dear Mr. Gathman:

I was not able to attend the hearing for Case USR-1721 because I had to work; however, I understand
that Mr. LaCoe is planning on building a construction office, repair shop and parking lot adjacent to my
property. We moved to the county to be away from the noise and congestion of a busy area. The
proposed construction company buildings, equipment, and new dirt road directly adjacent to our
residence would be noisy, dusty and unattractive. The area we live in is not commercial but residential.
The size of the proposed project is too large for this residential and agricultural area and will be
disruptive to the farm animals and ourselves.
We will be very unhappy if this project is approved.
