RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVAL OF LETTER OF CONDITIONAL FINAL INSPECTION TO
JOHN WALDEN.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, John Walden applied for and received a building
permit to allow him to construct a home on the following described
property:
South Half of Section 27, Township 12 North,
Range 61 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, in order for inspectors of the Weld County Building
Inspection Department to properly inspect said building, John
Walden was required to contact the Department at certain times
prior to installing sheet rock, and
WHEREAS, John Walden did not contact the Department for these
inspections and as a result, the Department was not able to pro-
perly inspect said building for electrical and plumbing work, and
WHEREAS, John Walden has been required by a lending agency
to have a certificate of occupancy issued in order to have a loan
approved for said property, or a letter of conditional final
inspection in lieu of, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has approved a
letter of conditional final inspection be issued to John Walden
provided that a release from liability be executed, said release
from liability being attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference at this point.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that a letter of conditional
final inspection to John Walden, be and hereby is, approved
provided that a release from liability be executed.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of
October, A.D. , 1978.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
WHEREAS, the undersigned, John Walden, is the owner of the
following described property:
South Half of Section 27, Tawnship 12 North,
Range 61'West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on January 14 , 1977, John Walden applied for and
received a building permit to allow him to construct a home on
the above described property, and
WHEREAS, in order for inspectors of the Weld County Building
Inspection Department to properly inspect said building, John
Walden was required to contact the Department at certain times
prior to installing sheet rock, and
WHEREAS, John Walden did not contact the Department for these
inspections and as a result, the Department was not able to prop-
erly inspect the building for electrical and plumbing work, and
WHEREAS, John Walden has been required by a lending agency
to have a certificate of occupancy issued in order to have a loan
approved for said property, or the attached letter in lieu of.
JOHN WALDEN HEREBY AGREES to idemnify and hold harmless and
forever discharge and release the County of Weld, its successors,
assigns, agents and employees from all debts, claims, demands,
actions and causes of action whatsoever rising out of or directly
or indirectly due to any accident or other occurrence causing
injury to any person or persons or property as a result of Weld
County issuing the attached letter of conditional final inspec-
tion, and not having conducted a thorough final inspection.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, John Walden agrees to the foregoing
and hereby executes this Release of Liability this day of
