Re: Case # USR-1680
Dear Mr. Gathman:
I represent Margaret Schneider, who owns property north of the property
referred to as USR-1680, in a condemnation action in Weld County District Court
Case No, 2008 CV 199. In that case North Weld County Water District has taken
the position that the USR is final, except for recording, and that the district will
comply with the USR requirements.
Therefore, I would like a complete copy of the USR file including all final
USR plans, all supporting documents and confirmation of satisfaction of all
conditions.
I will be glad to pay the costs to copy this information and, if any of the
plans need to be reproduced outside of your office, I will be glad to assist in
arrangements to copy those items.
