of the County of Weld , and the State of Colorado, of the
first part, and WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, a quasi municipal corporation',

second part; WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations less
than One Hundred Dollars,
to the said party of the first part in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, ha s remised, released, sold, conveyed and
QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does a remiis release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM
unto the said part y of the second part, its s c arm assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said part y of the first part ha s in and to the following described
real estate situate, lying and being in the County of WELD and State of Colorado, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section six (6) , Township
Three (5) North, Range Sixty—six (66) West of the 6th P.M.;
running thence South along the East line of said Section 2640
feet, more or less, to the East Quarter corner thereof;
thence West 10 feet to the West line of Highway No. 60, as
now fenced; thence North 0039; West 2640 feet, more or less,
along said West line of the highway to the North line of said
Section; thence East 40 feet to the place of beginning;
containing 1.5 acres, more or less.
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and priv-
ileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, in-
terest and claim whatsoever, of the said party of the first part, either in law or a uit , to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second part, its, sgns forever.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Sohn Birkle
of the County of Weld And State of Colorado for the
consideration of One dollar and other good and valuable consideration
less than one hundred DOLLARS,
in hand paid, hereby sell and convey to Weld County, Colorado, the right of way for a
public highway over and across the following real property situate in the County of
Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit:
A tract or parcel of land containing 0.46 acres more or less,
in the Northeast Quarter Northwest Quarter (NENW4) Section thirty
(30) , Township Three (3) North, Range Sixty six (66) West of the
Sixth Principal Meridian, in Weld County, Colorado, and said tract or
parcel i2 Mord particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south boundary line of the
Northeast Quarter Northwest Quarter (MBi.N 74) of Section Thirty (30) ,
Township Three (3) North, Range Sixty six (66) West, which is the
intersection of said boundary line and the westerly right of way line
ofState Highway No. Three (3) , and from whence the quarter corner
common to Sections Nineteen (19) and Thirty (30) bears easterly
Along said boundary line a distance of 910.1 feet, more or less,
and northerly along the half-section line a distance of 1310.5 feet,
more or less; thence along a curve to the right with a radius of
2925 feet, whose chord bears North 1 degree 56 minutes West a
distance of 61.0 feet, to a point; thence North 86 degrees 06
minutes West a distance of 286 feet to a point; thence South 5 degrees
44 minutes East a distance of 75 feet, more or less, to a point
on the south boundary line of the Northeast Quarter Northwest Quarter

Said road to be not less than sixty (60) feet in wadth.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as
above described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in
consideration of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of
— the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and
opening of said road, hereby agree to give the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat
