It is the site that will be used for a compressor station for Petro Canada Resources. The Town of Grover does have some concerns about the compressor station and its close proximity to the Town, especially the homes that border the east edge of Grover. Representatives from Petro Canada attended our July 9, 2009 Regular Board Meeting and heard the concerns of the Board about the issues of noise, traffic, visual esthetics, etc. Petro Canada seemed sensitive to these concerns and assured the Board that all efforts would be made to control these issues. Some specific things they mentioned were, putting up a fence around the structure, planting trees and possibly putting a building structure around the compressor to make it more visually appealing, as well as to cut down on the noise. We felt satisfied with their answers, but wanted to reply to the referral in this format so you would have in writing the issues the Town of Grover has, as well as the solutions Petro Canada is willing to provide. If you have any questions regarding this issue please feel free to contact us. Sincerely Dale Hayes, Mayor £Oo/EooE }I3AOHD JO NMOI ZSSs96E0L6 Xvd EE:00 STOZ/ST/ZT Hello
