WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the developer of Hiland Knolls Subdivision has sub- mitted to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado a letter of credit in the total sum of $20 ,000 . 00 to insure street paving on the first phase of development, and WHEREAS, said letter of credit shall run through the 1st day of November, 1980 . The electric, gas, telephone utilities will be installed within thirty days. Attached is a letter of credit for $20,000 for bonding of the street paving on the first phase which will be installed within the next ten days. Fifty-eighth Avenue cannot be paved at this time because CIG is going to install a new gas line in this street. The work on this gas line should be started in the near future. If weather permits after that we will pave 58th Avenue. It would be appreciated if you would inform your building department to issue building permits on the above mentioned subdivision at your earliest convenience.
