RESOLUTION
RE : AMENDMENTS TO URANIUM MINING LEASES WITH WELD COUNTY AS LESSOR
AND POWER RESOURCES CORPORATION AS LESSEE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on September 19 , 1977 , the Board of County Com-

missioners did accept, by Resolution dated the same date, the
proposal presented by Power Resources Corporation to lease
certain acreage in Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , on October 3, 1977 , the Board of County Commis-
sioners did authorize the execution of said uranium mining leases
by Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the County Attorney has informed the Board of County
Commissioners of certain discrepancies in the legal descriptions
on said leases , and
WHEREAS, Power Resources Corporation has submitted Amend-
ments to Leases to show the corrected legal descriptions , a copy
of each being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has approved
the amendments to the uranium mining leases.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners that the amendments to uranium leases submitted by
Power Resources Corporation, be, and hereby are, approved, and
saic Board a.s, therefore, authorized to sign the same.

AMENDMENT TO LEASE
This amendment is entered into this 31st day of October, 1977, to amend the
lease dated September 30, 1977, from Weld County as grantor, to Power Resources
Corporation as grantee, said lease having been recorded in Book 810, at
Reception Number 1732399 of the Weld County records.
The legal description of the said lease is deleted in its entirety and the
following is substituted there for as the legal description of the premises
leased subject to said lease:
Township 10 North, Range 62 West
Section 20: W`zNW1/4, NW4SW1/4
Executed this 31st day of. October, 1977, by the undersigned.

AMENDMENT TO LEASE
This amendment is entered into this 31st day of October, 1977, to amend the

ANY REASON FOR THIS AMENDMENT. ALL
LEGALS ARE THB SAME AS THE ORIGINAL
LEASE. POWER RESOURCES WAS CONTACTED
AND THEY COULD NOT NOW DETERMINE WHY
THEY HAD REQUESTED THE AMENDMENT.
