Dear Mr. Baumgartner:
The Weld County Board of County Commissioners approved your request for
an Agricultural Unit Development (SUP 259) on the above referenced property
on January 14, 1975. To date, the accompanying plans have not been re-
corded. The recording fee is $10.00 per page. Please send a check in the
amount of $50.00 (five pages) to the Weld County Planning Commission, so
this surveyed plat and plans can be recorded as soon as possible. The check
should actually be made payable to the Weld County Clerk and Recorder. Upon
receipt of this check our office will forward it to the Clerk and Recorder's
Office.
