RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENTS OF JACK MORGER AND HELENE YURMAN TO WELD COUNTY
PERSONNEL GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, two vacancies now exist on the Weld County Personnel
Grievance Committee due to the expiration of the terms of Bob
Ehrlich from the Road and Bridge Department and Nancy Downey from
the Health Department, and
WHEREAS, the Road and Bridge Department has elected Jack
Morger to replace Bob Ehrlich on said Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Health Department has elected Helene Yurman
to replace Nancy Downey on said Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advi-
sable to appoint Jack Morger and Helene Yurman to the Weld County
Personnel Grievance Committee, each for 3-year terms to expire
on March 1, 1982.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Jack Morger from the Road
and Bridge Department and Helene Yurman from the Health Department
be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld County Personnel Grievance
Committee.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
March, A.D. , 1979.
