WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a Renewal Rider has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado concerning the renewal of a lease with the Union Pacific Railroad Company covering the grader shed and storage yard at Ault, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the term of said Renewal Rider is from October 1, 1979 to September 30, 1984, and WHEREAS, the rental rate for said grader shed and storage yard at Ault, Colorado is $106. 00 per year, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to approve said Renewal Rider between Weld County, Colorado and the Union Pacific Railroad Company. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Renewal Rider between Weld County, Colorado and the Union Pacific Railroad Company be, and hereby is, approved. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of October, A.D. , 1979.
