RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO NORTH COLORADO
MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the North Colorado Medical Center Board of
Trustees, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Noffsinger be reappointed to said board,
and that Ehren Hunter be appointed to said board, to replace Larry James, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Robert Noffsinger, and to appoint
Ehren Huner to said board, both with terms to expire January 10, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Robert Noffsinger be, and hereby is, reappointed, and that Ehren Hunter
be, and hereby is, appointed to the North Colorado Medical Center Board of Trustees, both with
terms to expire January 10, 2012.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 12th day of January, A.D., 2009.
