DCP Midstream, LLP is considering adding some additional bullet storage tanks at the
Roggen USR (2°d Am. USR 274). These tanks are intended to store additional gathered gas. There
may be some additional production as a result of the increased storage, but it is anticipated that
increased traffic to and from the site would increase by one truck load at most. The plan is to install
four tanks presently, and two additional tanks in the future. Each tank stores approximately 80,000
gallons.
DCP is requesting that the Department of Planning Services not deem the additional storage
a substantial modification to the existing permit.
