In 2003 the current property owners, Charles and Alice Greenman, applied to have their zoning
changed from A (Agricultural) to C-1 (Commercial) and E (Estate). In 2005 the applicants
applied for SPR-384 for an antique business with warehouse for antique furniture and personal
storage.
The applicant at this time is applying to have their zoning changed back to A (Agricultural).
Since the property would be zoned Agricultural the existing SPR-384 would not be valid. The
applicant is required to apply for a USR to keep the existing use active on site.
