Comments made during this stage of the review process will not be all inclusive, as revised materials are submitted other concerns or issues may arise. All issues of concern and critical issues during further review must be resolved with the Public Works Department. COMMENTS The applicant provided a Preliminary Drainage Report/Stormwater Management Plan. The report was reviewed and comments are being provided below. The placement of the water quality features appear to be on the north side of the site according to the Site Plan. Drainage across the site appears to be to the south and east. The water quality features need to be placed so that runoff from the site can be captured and treated. A drainage easement needs to be shown on the Site Plan and a legal description of the easement needs to be described on the Site Plan. A note needs to be added to the Site Plan that states "Weld County is not responsible for the maintenance of drainage related features." The dimension and volume of the water quality features need to be shown on the Site Plan. The Water Quality Control Volume Calculations appear to be acceptable to Public Works. A final Drainage Report/Stormwater Management Plan needs to be submitted which addresses the above comments. Original: Jacqueline Hatch, Planning Services pc: USR-1703 Page I of I M.
