HomeMy WebLinkAbout770816.tiff ;.� 77 RESOLUTION RE: ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT TO THE WELD COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE REGARDING THE PERSONNEL SECTION, REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES AND CETA EMPLOYEES. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on October 5 , 1977, the Board of County Commis- sioners did adopt an Administrative Code, pursuant to Article III. , Section 3-8 (4) (e) of the Home Rule Charter of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution adopting said Administrative Code, it is understood that the Administrative Code may be amended from time to time when deemed advisable by the Board of County Commissioners, said amendments being adopted by Resolution, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado has found it advisable to make certain amendments to Section II . , Personnel of said Code, as follows: Personnel Section: Pg. 5a (replace Pg. 5) 13. Reimbursement of Expenses. Any employee or official of Weld County government, or any appointed members of boards or commissions of Weld County, Colorado, or any employee or agency funded by Weld County government, is directed to report and document reimbursable expenses for lodging or any line item in the amount of $25 . 00 or more, on a form such as the current mileage expense sheet being used by Weld County, or by submitting a paid receipt, paid bill, or similar evidence sufficient to support an ex- penditure in accordance with IRS regulations. 14. CETA Employees. Any County department or agency requesting a CETA employee, prior to contacting the Human Resources Department, shall first submit the request to the Personnel Department and obtain the approval of the Board of County Commissioners for the position. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the aforementioned amendments to the Personnel Section, be, and hereby are, adopted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made 770816 and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of December, A.D. , 1977.
