IN THE EVENT THE PROPERTY BEING CONSIDERED FOR A SPECIAL REVIEW IS NOT
ADJACENT TO A PUBLICALLY MAINTAINED ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, THE DEPARTMENT
OF PLANNING SERVICES SHALL POST ONE SIGN IN THE MOST PROMINENT PLACE ON

SUBJECT: Proposed Amendments to USR-1707 resolution
Department of Planning Services and Department of Public Works propose the following
additions to the USR-1707 resolution:
1) Add item 1.C.4: Modify "10' RESERVED FOR FUTURE ROAD R.O.W." to read
"EDGE OF FUTURE ROAD R.O.W".
2) Add item 1.C.5: "Indicate a water quality feature (such as an open berm) on the
plat to control run-off".
