Explain, in detail, the proposed use of the property. I am proposing to run a concrete patching service company out of my home. The property would be used as an administrative office. There will be a 10x12x10 storage room built for materials and equipment on the southeastern corner of the property. Materials include cement, cement color mix and aggregates such as sand, gravel and stone. Equipment includes 1-2 cement mixers with a capacity of 2-3 cubic feet and cement utensils. We would serve our clients by doing concrete patching work on small damaged external surfaces on our client's site. All cement mixing and labor would be done off the property. 2. Explain how this proposal is consistent with the intent of the Weld County Code, Chapter 22 of the Comprehensive Plan. There would be a total of 2 employees which includes my father and I, but we would like to request a third person if at all possible. The third person being my future father in law (Miguel Valois). If our request for a third person is denied we would still like to forego with our proposition with just my father and I which live on site. c. Hours of operation. Our office hours would be from 7am-6pm Monday -Friday. 8am-6pm Saturdays - Sunday. d. Type and number of structures to be erected (built) on this site. We plan to have a fence that runs from the front of the home to the back of the lot. 7. Explain any proposed reclamation procedures when termination of the Use by Special Review activity occurs. The 10x12x10 storage room would be emptied out and the new owner/s could use the room for personal storage use. 8. Explain how the storm water drainage will be handled on the site. We are surrounded by dirt roads and we do not have a drainage system. 9. Explain how long it will take to construct this site and when construction and landscaping is scheduled to begin. One week. 10. Explain where storage and/or stockpile of wastes will occur on the site. Storage of materials and equipment will be stored in the 10x12x10 storage structure on the southeastern corner of the property. Our garbage disposal services are done by Waste Connections. All home and business wastes will be going into the family garbage can on the southwestern part of the property. Household garbage, Davis Colors powder mix bag paper, white and grey cement bag paper will be disposed from the site. 2. Chemicals that will be used will come from the cement and the coloring powder. Cement contains calcium, silicon, aluminum and iron. Coloring powder contains synthetic red, yellow, orange, brown and black iron oxides, carbon blacks, cobalt blues, and chromium oxide greens and they will be supplied from Davis Colors Co.
