RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF KIM OGLE AS INTERIM DIRECTOR OF THE
DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES AND WELD COUNTY BUILDING
OFFICIAL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist in the positions of Director of the Department of
Planning Services and Weld County Building Official, previously held by Thomas Honn, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Kim Ogle as the Interim Director of
the Department of Planning Services and Weld County Building Official.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Kim Ogle be, and hereby is, appointed as the Interim Director of
the Department of Planning Services and Weld County Building Official, effective July 6, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 13th day of July, A.D., 2009.
