The "untitled" document is a letter received by staff from Anadarko for this same property. Mr. Enright
with Kerr-McGee indicated verbally that Encana also holds interests in this area, as such I contacted
Doug Perlmetter of your office for comment.
Also attached are the Administrative comments and the Perez application.
