RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION AND RELEASE OF COLLATERAL FOR USE BY
SPECIAL REVIEW #1568 - PEDRO SAUCEDO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated December 27, 2006, the Board approved the
application of Pedro Saucedo, 15463 Barley Avenue, P.O. Box 1058, Fort Lupton, Colorado
80621, for an office and storage building for materials used by oil and gas operations on the
following described real estate, to wit:
Lot A of Recorded Exemption #4224; being part of
the E1/2 NW1/4 of Section 22, Township 2 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on March 5, 2007, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, approved an Improvements Agreement According to Policy Regarding Collateral for
Improvements (Private Road Maintenance), between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by
and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and Pedro Saucedo with
terms and conditions being as stated in said agreement, and accepted check #1332, from
Saucedo Oil Field Service, Inc., Pedro Saucedo, in the amount of $3,300.00, and
WHEREAS, staff from the Weld County Departments of Public Works and Planning
Services have conducted a visual inspection and, along with the Weld County Attorney,
recommend release of said collateral.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that check #1332, drawn on Saucedo Oil Field Service, Inc., Pedro Saucedo,
in the amount of $3,300.00 be, and hereby is, canceled and released.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is,
directed to return said collateral to the appropriate issuing party.

Staff from the Department of Public Works conducted a field inspection in October 2009 and
determined that the property was in compliance with all transportation elements as stated in their
referral dated November 4, 2009. Planning Services inspected the site on May 5, 2009 and
determined that all non -transportation related items had been completed and were acceptable.
The Weld County Attorney, the Department of Public Works and the Department of Planning
Services, have determined that Personal Check # 1332 from Pedro Saucedo for Saucedo Oil
Field Service Inc may be released in full.
