I was able to review all the Sheriff's Office bids you supplied to me the week of the 5th. I have
met with each division requesting vehicles and have the following recommendation;
The low bid from Spradley-Barr was reviewed by Commander Tuttle from the Offender
Supervision Bureau and it was his recommendation we accept this bid for $24,768.
The budget for this line item is $43,300.00
