The Department of Planning Services recommends the following development standard be
included in the resolution as #3, with renumeration:
"Prior to the Use by Special Review (USR) area being leased, transferred, or sold the applicant
shall apply in writing and receive written approval in the appropriate county land division process
(recorded exemption, subdivision, planned unit development, or subdivision exemption)."
