NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County Treasurer be, and hereby is, directed to prepare Tax Sale Certificate No. 20060060 for assignment to Laura Dennune Swain. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman is hereby authorized to sign said assignment, if necessary, and any other associated necessary documentation to affect said assignment.
