This scope of work includes minor architectural, mechanical HVAC and electrical power and lighting work. There is no structural engineering or plumbing work associated with this remodel. The work gerally consists of partial demolition and new construction of steel stud and gypsum board non -load bearing partition walls, wood doors, hollow metal frames and hardware, interior hollow metal borrow lights with glazing and acoustical grid ceiling modifications. Permit drawings for this remodel are included and will be provided by Hauser Architects, P.C.
