RE: APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURE OF $155. 86 TO HOGAN AND OLHAUSEN
ENGINEERS FOR ENGINEERING COSTS FOR WATTERNBERG REHABILI-
TATION PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has approved a contract with Hogan and Olhausen Engineers
for engineering services for the Wattenberg Rehabilitation Program,
said contract totaling $2,100. 00 , and
WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services has requested
an additional $155 . 86 be expended for said Wattenberg Rehabilita-
tion Program, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it in the
best interests of Weld County, Colorado to approve said expendi-
ture to Hogan and Olhausen Engineers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that an additional $155. 86
be, and hereby is , approved for engineering services by Hogan
and Olhausen Engineers for the Wattenberg Rehabilitation Program.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of
September, A.D. , 1978 .
