RE: APPOINTMENT OF FRANK SMITH AS A MEMBER OF THE UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS.
WHEREAS, the Weld County Uniform Building Code Board of
Appeals consists of five (5) members as provided by a Resolution
dated September 25 , 1974, and
WHEREAS , there is now a vacancy on said Board due to the
expiration of the term on said Board of Richard L. Straub, whose
term expired December 31, 1976, and
WHEREAS, Frank Smith, Weld County Engineer, has been re-
commended as a fit and proper person to be appointed to said
Board for a term to expire December 31, 1979 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Frank Smith be and
hereby is appointed to serve as a member of the Weld County Uni-
form Building Code Board of Appeals for a term to expire December
31, 1979 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day
of January, A.D. , 1977 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was read into the Record
and signed on the 12th day of January, A.D. , 1977.
