Home My WebLink About20090274.tiff243 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION OF TAX LIEN SALE CERTIFICATE (TS CERT 1939/05) FOR PARCEL #080301000079 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from the office of the Weld County Treasurer to cancel one (1) Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 1939/05) currently held by Weld County, and WHEREAS, the Tax Lien Sale Certificate was placed on parcel #080301000079, when it was believed that a mobile home was on the property, and it has now been determined that the home was removed from said property at some time in the past, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Assessor's Office has abated the assessments for any subsequent years and has removed the assessments from the 2008 tax roll, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to cancel the Tax Lien Sale Certificate for the property described above and in Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County Treasurer's request to cancel Tax Lien Sale Certificate (TS CERT 1939/05) placed on parcel #080301000079 be, and hereby is, approved. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of February, A.D., 2009. The 1999 has been gone for two years per the park manager.
