Storage, North Weld County Water District)
Dear Chris:
In compliance with Condition 2.C of the Resolution approving the USR, this will
confirm that the applicant has conferred with Larimer County concerning the access to the
USR site off County Road 13. Mr. Marc Lyons, Larimer County Access and Utility
Coordinator, states that an access permit will not be required by Larimer County for the
access. However, Mr. Lyons would like to review Weld County Public Works' requirements
concerning construction of the access. I have forwarded to him Public Works' comments
concerning the USR dated November 25, 2008. His contact information is:
