We are in receipt of your letter dated June 29, 2009, regarding USR #1561. It is NOT the
intention of DCP Midstream to abandon this project, and DCP Midstream will diligently pursue
completing this project in a timely manner. DCP Midstream is in the process of completing two
other plats; accordingly, DCP Midstream would request an additional 30 days to complete the plat
for this project.
